Specialist recruitment agency placing permanent and contract talent across science, MedTech, health and social care, and industry in the UK, Ireland, and North America.

Founded over 20 years ago, Kinetica is a Leeds-based recruitment specialist that needed its established website moved onto a platform it controls, without losing its familiar look and content.

Following our work with sister business Veblen International, we rebuilt Kinetica's existing website on a custom WordPress theme, with full-width responsive layouts, a complete recruitment job board, and 14 specialist sector pages.

The result is a familiar website that Kinetica controls, launched ahead of a fixed deadline in May 2026, with consultants managing roles directly in WordPress.

Website Design.

We rebuilt Kinetica's established website on a custom WordPress theme, keeping its look and content intact so the switch felt familiar to the team, candidates, and clients.

The structure is built around recruitment, with a full job board, 14 sector landing pages across four sector groups, and dedicated service pages for Executive Search, Talent Acquisition Strategy, and QUEST, Kinetica's market mapping and candidate generation service.

Behind the scenes, the site is hosted and supported by our team, with DNS on Cloudflare and website email sent through Kinetica's Microsoft 365.

Website Design
  • How does the job search work?
Candidates can search by keyword, job type, and location within a chosen radius, then refine results by sector and working environment, including Remote, Hybrid, and On Site roles. A quick search by job type also sits in the site header.
  • What does each job page include?
Each role displays its salary in GBP or USD, location, and contract type, alongside the responsible consultant's card and an application form that accepts a CV upload or a LinkedIn or Dropbox link. A featured jobs carousel keeps other live roles in view.
  • How are Kinetica's specialist sectors organised?
A sectors mega menu organises 14 landing pages into four groups: Scientific, MedTech, Health and Social Care, and Industrial. Each sector page, from Life Sciences to Senior Living (US), carries its own latest jobs feed.
  • Can the Kinetica team manage roles themselves?
Yes. Consultants add, edit, and remove roles directly in WordPress, supported by Loom walkthroughs and a live training session from our team.

We kept Kinetica's established look and content, and upgraded its fixed-width layout to full-width pages that fill large screens. We also migrated 65 Insights Hub resources, 5 client case studies, and 10 consultant profiles.

On mobile, job search, filters, applications, and the Quick CV Dropoff stay clear and easy to use, so candidates can find and apply for roles from any device.
